This committee:
1) Notes with concern the declining performance of the council’s landlord services across a range of indicators, as measured in the latest STAR survey of council tenants and residents.
2) Notes with particular concern the failure to meet the benchmark for housing repairs.
3) Calls for a report outlining how council landlord services can be restored to pre-pandemic levels as soon as possible, including the opening of offices and a return of face-to-face services.
